To best serve you, it is important that you provide us with a complete health history.

One-On-One Consultation
At your one-on-one consultation, we will go over your new patient paperwork and discuss your health issues, concerns and goals. This in-depth consultation will allow us to determine the cause of your health issues.
Specific Chiropractic Assessment
You will receive a complete chiropractic assessment with our state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. This assessment will give us a detailed overview of your spine, nervous system and muscle function. If findings indicate that additional diagnostic imaging is necessary, we will take chiropractic postural x-rays in our on-site x-ray suite.
Report of Findings
After your chiropractic assessment, we will schedule you for a follow-up visit. At your next appointment, we will go over your assessment findings and provide you with a customized plan of action. Additionally, we will go over the details of care in our office and how we specifically designed your individualized plan.
